Bread is usually made from the flour of wheat, rye, barley, maize and oats. Usually but not always in combination with wheat flour. The World-Map is created out of different types of grain (corn, rice, wheat,…), fruits (Bananas),…  and shows you different ingredients, which are usual but also defining for the bread in these countries.
