Infographics are a powerful tool to make complex information both compelling and easy to understand. It is a representation of information in a graphic format, designed to make the data easily understandable at one glance. So they are used to quickly communicate a message, simplify the presentation of large amounts of data and to monitor changes in variables over time.
This Infographic, which was created for the OpenScience4Sustainability initiative – OS4S, gives a short overview about the history of sustainability. The OS4S was brought to life to mark the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Rio Conference.
